- If you need a member of our customer service team to verify your hose as a Teknor Apex brand hose
- If required information is missing, unclear, or needs further examination
- During peak seasons or other high-volume periods
Once your claim is approved, you should receive your digital Visa® reimbursement card within a few hours.
