How long will it take to receive my refund?

On average, you can expect a response to your claim within 2-3 business days. However, there are instances where this may take longer such as:

  • If you need a member of our customer service team to verify your hose as a Teknor Apex brand hose
  • If required information is missing, unclear, or needs further examination
  • During peak seasons or other high-volume periods

Once your claim is approved, you should receive your digital Visa® reimbursement card within a few hours.
